Meet Caleb Mariakis
FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Caleb's life story is a journey of triumph over adversity. Despite facing health challenges throughout his childhood and an uncertain future due to daily seizures, heavy medications, and an invasive surgery, a miraculous healing at age 11 allowed him to finally pursue his passion for wrestling. Though his wrestling journey began with tough losses, Caleb's unwavering determination and trust in his coaches propelled him to become a 4x State Placer, 2x State Finalist, and a 2x All-American in high school. He continued to compete at the Division One level at West Virginia University and later at Reinhardt University.
Beyond wrestling, Caleb is deeply committed to community and social impact. His diverse experiences include pursuing seminary at Dallas Theological, founding and leading a nonprofit as President, working as Head of Sales & Brand Partnerships for a leading positive news media publisher, and scaling a successful e-commerce business with his wife and business partners. Caleb's journey, marked by gratitude and resilience, has led him to establish 3:23 Training & Development, where he's excited to pass on his knowledge and experiences to the next generation.
Originally from North Georgia, Caleb now resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Randi, who is his high school sweetheart.
